Can't wait for 2010! I'm an activist settled down just north of Toronto (Belleville) where I belong to a collectively run cafe. I use to work at community legal clinics specializing in housing, disability and social assistance law, but lost that job because we were too successful with our direct action advocacy.


We kicked ass!


I'm originally from the South Mountain of the Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia. After highschool I joined the military and lived in Germany for three years serving in the armoured corps. Quit that (after visiting Palestine) and took archaeology in university and participated in digs in Belize (Mayan), Ontario and Greece (island of lesbos).



After university I enrolled in Seneca's Regulatory Law Administration program and trained as a community legal worker.


After spending time in jail (two long months) I worked six months with Mexican migrant as a Labourer Teacher with Frontier College in the tobacco fields of southwest Ontario and survived...barely.


I'm now on probation for being involved in a particularly nasty protest...so I spend my time producing political theatre (about Gaza), working on native solidarity actions and working in the funkiest cafe this side of Toronto.


Finally, I have two AMAZING daughters...age 10 & 15.


Oh, did I say I belong to the coolest and funkiest anarchist cafe collective in the world? I'm having an amazing time trying to build a better world with other like minded radicals...

I spend most of my time organizing events and actions, political theatre and spending as much time with my children as is possible and working at the cafe.

Contemporary trends in politics; I'm particularly incensed with our policies in the Middle East. I'm really into history...including prehistory and archaeology.
