i just cant ignore injustice or brutal behavior. i am a person who had dedicated most of my life to the awareness & rescue of animals that are facing death at shelters or in cases of serious neglect or abuse. im happy with my life-it can be hectic, exhausting and emotionally draining. but it feels like im doing something that matters in the world.
I am looking for a person who truly understands this sort of passion & can either work with me - or has similar beliefs.
I would love to spend any free time i DO have- walking through urban ore, listening to music, going to garbage man art shows (recology),..talking..eating food. hanging out with my stinky old hound ( ..i know.. i sound almost too good o be true, right..? )
I am not really certain what im looking for (.. friends- a real relationship..? ) I do know that im wanting to step out and meet people and if it does become something that seems real and true - that would be good. if not, at least we got to hang out and eat food n stuff. right?
about me..hmm. well .. im pretty laid back about some things, not so much about others. i love Tom Waits, Lucinda Williams, old delta blues, hound dogs, rusty trucks, cool stuff.. im willing to start some trouble for a good (right) cause.. i was born in San Francisco & grew up on the street in the early days of punk. I have a vast knowledge of odd useful things- I can take on a stressful project and see it through- but cant deal with my stupid tv remote. uhm.
i have tattoos and like people who are funny. and cool.
i kinda always smell a little like a dog and my car is a mess.
wow. i will never ever go on a date .. huh?
