I am an extrovert, but not noisy. I am passionate, but remain calm. I am artistic and scientific at the same time; make decisions easily, after thorough research; so I am decisive, but not impulsive. I am patient, empathetic, and tolerant but have no tolerance for bigots. I love to dance, and listen to live music. I love to share my collection of international music so much that I produced a radio show named "Music Without Borders," my favorite job. I also enjoyed being a mechanic and welder. I have been active in the movements for Environment, Peace and Justice, Union activist, Civil Rights since 1967. I love learning, and am aiming for a masters in Art Therapy.

I love to travel and have only once traveled with a group, and that was in 1992, when I took my sons with Global Exchange to Cuba. I've lived in many states, as well as abroad. I am not at all conservative. I am trying to take care of myself and our earth in a logical, rational way. I have a life-long interest in ecology, permaculture, and environmental aesthetics. Gardens that are environmentally sustainable, economically accessible and beautiful. I am warm and love intimacy, but not immediately. I am not finished growing, not set in my ways or thoughts. I never give up!

I am a good conversationalist and a good listener. I am playful, and laugh easily. I am very respectful and compassionate. I am honest and straightforward.
